We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Executive to join our Operations department in Rochdale.

What You'll Be Doing?
- Using data and insight to proactively monitor business performance, identifying emerging trends and issues early.
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for submission to Transport for Greater Manchester.
- Suggesting improvements within our networks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing regular revenue, channel, and passenger performance reports with relevant commentary and insights within a divisional framework.
- Understanding external factors impacting demand using market information from the central analytics team and making informed recommendations.
- Supporting new business initiatives within the Local Business Unit (LBU) with analytical insights.
- Acting as the LBU champion for commercial data analysis and ensuring system improvements are utilized effectively.
- Completing and submitting BSOG calculations as required.
- Liaising with the central analytics team and other operating companies to share best practices.
- Using EPM to submit returns to TfGM within deadlines and raising any issues promptly.
- Providing accurate passenger, punctuality, or other data to Local Authorities and the Department for Transport as needed.
- Supporting the network team to maintain accurate data and records.
- Assisting with the preparation of tender bids.
- Ensuring up-to-date TransXchange files are provided to relevant stakeholders.
- Updating destination blinds and sharing diversionary information accurately with local stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and communication skills, combined with business acumen, pragmatism, and diplomacy.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
