Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim UK & Ireland seeks a Commercial Excellence Project Manager to drive planning, coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives. The role works with local and global stakeholders to align teams, processes and systems and to support business priorities and operational objectives.

The position is a 12-month fixed-term assignment, offering exposure to governance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Experience coordinating or delivering projects within a commercial, operational, business support, project management, or related environment.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with a methodical approach to managing projects and activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of Commercial Excellence projects across Animal Health UK & Ireland.
• Support the definition of project objectives and scope and develop project plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders, teams, and resources for high-quality delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation plans.
• Provide reports and recommendations to leadership teams.
