The Work

• Overage agreements and options
• Investment transactions
• Refinancing and secured lending
• Portfolio management

Ideal Candidate
We're seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor with solid technical ability, a commercial outlook, and a proactive mindset. You'll be handling your own files and clients across leasing, acquisitions, development, and finance transactions.

You'll need:
