Aureos is seeking a Head of Commercial for the Power Systems & Renewables Scotland Division. You will lead a team of commercial professionals, oversee all commercial aspects of projects, and drive profitability and strategic growth within the division.

You will maximise client relationships, mitigate risks, and ensure contractual compliance while guiding business development initiatives across the Scottish portfolio.

Competenze

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Track record of managing complex, high-value projects and programmes.
• Contractual knowledge, including NEC and other industry-standard forms of contract.

Mansioni

• Leading the commercial management of the business and ensuring governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing and developing the commercial team with leadership, support and mentoring.
• Overseeing procurement strategies and subcontractor management activities.
• Managing project cost reporting, forecasting, cash flow and commercial performance.
• Ensuring effective management of variations, change control and commercial risk.
• Supporting contract administration and ensuring contractual compliance.
• Collaborating with operations, design and planning teams to maximise project performance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Providing commercial insight and reporting to senior project and business stakeholders.
