Job summary

Aureos Energy in Blantyre, Scotland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team within our Energy Business Unit. You will support contract delivery, cost control and timely commercial reporting to maximise project profitability.

Essential qualifications include a degree or HND/HNC and substantial experience in contracting commercial teams; proficiency with Excel and ERP COINS is desirable. Driving license and willingness to work on-site are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND/HNC in a relevant field.
• Substantial experience in contracting commercial department.
• Desirable experience in HV/LV infrastructure projects with DNOs or private networks.

Responsibilities

• Input into the application and credit control processes.
• Understand income forecast and pricing of variations.
• Manage change control system and project risk.
• Produce forecasting data and cost information for reporting.
• Manage full sub-contract cycle and related documentation.
• Assist with weekly cost-to-complete/budget reviews and site records.
