As theCommercial Director, you will report directly to the Branch Director and You will lead a team of highly skilled Account Executives, Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring profitability and client retention.

Provide strong leadership to a team of four Account Executives, fostering professional development and high performance.

Develop and implement strategies to grow the commercial insurance portfolios.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Support the Branch Director in achieving business objectives and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
