The role:
- Lead the implementation of the business plan for 2025 and beyond.

- Enhance client performance through tailored strategies based on the agency's three uniques: data, people, and conversations, and build meaningful partnerships.
- Act as a key advocate for the product's story in the marketplace while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends to adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
- Ensure operational excellence and accountability across all agency functions.
Minimum experience and skills:
- At least 5+ years in a leadership role within the marketing services industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and client success.
- Minimum of 3 years in strategic planning and successful business plan implementation.
- Experience leading diverse and cross-functional teams in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on enhancing client performance and satisfaction, along with financial management and contract negotiation expertise.
- Familiarity with P+L management for data-driven decision-making on revenue and costs.
