The Commercial Director is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving global revenue and commercial performance across The Diamond Factory. This role owns the end-to-end commercial strategy across e-commerce and international retail, with accountability for P&L, product strategy, pricing, and margin delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Global Revenue & P&L Ownership
  • Full ownership of global commercial P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share
  • Define and execute an integrated omnichannel strategy across e-commerce and retail
  • Lead e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue
  • Oversee the performance of international retail locations, ensuring consistent brand and sales delivery
  • Own the commercial product strategy in partnership with design and manufacturing
  • Lead pricing strategy to optimise margin while remaining competitive
  • Drive inventory efficiency, turnover, and margin realisation
  • Oversee forecasting, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management
  • Lead and develop senior teams across e-commerce, retail, and merchandise
  • Act as the key commercial partner to Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing
  • Build a high-performance, KPI-driven commercial culture
  • Identify growth opportunities across global markets through customer and competitor insight
  • Ensure localisation of product, pricing, and customer experience by region
Qualifications
  • 10+ years' senior commercial leadership experience
  • Proven success driving revenue and profit growth in an omnichannel retail business
  • Strong e-commerce and digital trading expertise
  • Experience managing international, multi-territory retail operations
  • Excellent financial and P&L management capability
  • Confident leader with strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
  • Experience in luxury, jewellery, or premium consumer goods (Desirable)
  • Background in vertically integrated businesses (Desirable)
  • Comfortable with international travel (Desirable)
