Think Big:You’ll dream up bold, original advertising ideas for some of the UK’s most iconic podcasts - creating multi-platform campaigns that break away from the traditional host-read format and drive real commercial results. Your creativity will shape how brands show up in audio, video, digital, and social.
Own It:From pitch to production, whilst collaborating with other teams, you’ll take the lead with campaign ideation, creative brief assessment, and execution. You’ll work decisively, bringing your ideas to life while ensuring they align perfectly with both client and podcast goals.
Keep it Simple:You’ll master the art of translating complex client briefs into clear, engaging concepts for podcasters. Your ability to distil key messages into sharp creative executions will make campaigns both effective and effortless to execute.
Better Together:This role thrives on collaboration - you’ll work hand-in-hand with podcasters, producers, sales, and internal teams. Your ability to build strong relationships and inspire creative thinking across departments will be key to producing standout campaigns and growing the business.
