Experienced Senior Recruiter with Principle HR | 20+ years in Tech, IT & Digital Recruitment

  • The role: Senior Creative Lead - UK Student Campaigns/Gen Z (Global Tech)
  • Contract: 12 months to start ASAP (max 4 wks notice)
  • Salary: £65k basic per annum + bens (PAYE, within IR35)
  • Location: London (nr Barbican) - hybrid based/3 days per week onsite

Please note: This is NOT a design role but Creative Marketing/Strategy/Campaigns etc.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role — perfect for a creative who understands the 18-24 UK student audience and knows how to deliver bold, culture-first ideas across brand, social, content, events, video and more.

Key Experience:

  • Comfortable managing your own creative pipeline end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills
  • Agency background preferred (fast-paced, multi-project delivery)
  • Experience across brand, video, social, content and events
