Job description

Role Overview:

To provide commercial and sales support to our UK & ROI customers, Sales Engineers, and Project Management teams by processing orders for products, packages, and contracts from initial enquiry through to purchasing and invoicing, while maximising sales opportunities.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively process customer orders from enquiry through to invoicing, including managing larger project-based orders.
  2. Manage RIO orders that require export.
  3. Support customers by offering required add-ons to parts ordered or providing alternatives to meet delivery requirements.
  4. Provide accurate, detailed price and availability quotations to customers via phone or email enquiry.
  5. Raise purchase orders on suppliers and expedite them to meet delivery requirements, managing this process through to invoice authorization.

Previous Experience:

Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to achieve KPIs and targets.

  • Show excellent commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, communication skills, and effective time management.
