Job summary

Bdmlegal is seeking a Commercial / Company Assistant Solicitor to join our team and assist our commercial and company lawyers. The role involves working on a mix of commercial contracts, company work and related transactional matters, gaining practical experience in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have up to 5 years’ PQE and will work closely with senior solicitors. Flexible working arrangements are available to fit client and firm needs.
