Job summary

Marsh in Dundee is seeking a Client Advisor to support the Commercial Team with the full renewal cycle for corporate clients and insurer partners. This role is hybrid, based in Dundee, requiring three days in the office weekly.

The position suits someone with a background in commercial insurance and a proactive, client-facing approach, contributing to high service standards and collaboration with the Placement Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance and client advisory or underwriting roles.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Understanding of clients' business, insurance programmes and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Support Marsh Client Executives on placement strategy for insurance renewals.
• Review underwriting information for commercial clients and understand requirements.
• Prepare and submit market presentations and slips with the Placement Team.
• Utilise Marsh online trading systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and placement teams to prepare client reports for renewal.
• Review and comment on indemnity and insurance clauses.
