Howden seeks a high‑impact Claims Manager to lead a team within its Commercial Claims Division. You will drive performance, coach staff, and shape career progression, while embedding a positive, inclusive, and high‑standards culture across locations.

You’ll travel regularly to Stourbridge, Derby and Wales, with two days per week in the Birmingham office to stay connected with stakeholders and deliver consistent service.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership/managerial role within the commercial claims insurance market.
• Cert CII qualified (or working towards).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Claims Executives and Handlers with coaching and clear development pathways.
• Conduct regular reviews, performance management activities and identify development needs.
• Own day-to-day Claims team operations ensuring high-quality, client-focused service.
