Job summary

Howden is seeking an experienced claims professional to deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing claims cradle-to-grave. The role requires proactive service, strong stakeholder engagement and a commitment to Howden's CARE & FOCUS values.

The office-based position in the UK includes regular travel for insurer visits, off-site training, and team events. A minimum of 2 years’ experience and Cert CII qualification (or progression) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing specialist insurance advice.
• Qualified to Cert CII or complete within 18 months of joining.
• Familiarity with FCA/FOS expectations and GDPR principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims end-to-end on delegated and non-delegated basis.
• Ensure exceptional claims service for every client.
• Liaise with insurers, clients and suppliers; maintain records per SLA.
