Commercial Broker / Relationship Manager

Job Overview

Fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded independent chartered insurance brokerage, conveniently located in the Leeds area with ample parking and a bus stop outside. The company boasts low staff turnover and offers hybrid working, currently 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

In this role, you will support a national network of Account Executives, providing broking support, assisting with new business submissions, making amendments to policies, and handling renewals through marketing and negotiations. Daily liaising with insurers and updating the Acturis system are key responsibilities.

You will manage a wide range of commercial insurances across various sectors, from SMEs to mid-market and complex corporate cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of commercial insurance broking or account handling experience, prior use of Acturis, and be progressing towards CII qualifications (studies fully supported).

The role offers a salary between circa £35k and £42k, possibly more based on experience, along with full benefits, parking, support for CII studies, and genuine career progression.
