Job Title: Broker Manager

Location: South Manchester

The Opportunity

We’re exclusively partnering with a fast-growing commercial finance provider based in South Manchester to recruit a Broker Manager to join their high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in business banking, asset finance, commercial mortgages, SME lending, Payments or similar to take on a high-earning, deal-focused role – with all leads provided internally. If you're motivated, commercially savvy and looking to take the next step in your financial services career, this could be a perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing warm, qualified leads – no cold calling
• Structuring and placing funding deals with a panel of commercial lenders
• Working with SME and commercial clients across various sectors
• Maintaining strong lender and client relationships throughout the deal cycle
• Spotting opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products
• Staying current on funding options, market trends, and lender appetite

Ideal Background

This role would suit a current or aspiring BDM, RM, or junior broker with:

• Experience in commercial finance, business banking, real estate finance, payments, working capital solutions or similar
• Strong understanding of commercial funding products (e.g. asset finance, bridging, commercial mortgages)
• Excellent interpersonal and deal-structuring skills
• A driven, positive, and energetic approach
• The hunger to succeed in a sales environment
