The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring high standards of commercial practice.

This role involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders during the generation of bids and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creation and handling of bids and contracts, minimizing risks.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions, NDAs, and other contracts with customers.
  • Ensure bids are backed by valid supplier quotations and comply with governance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and customers from bid to contract acceptance.
  • Maintain legal terms and contractual standards.
  • Support customers in understanding proposals, payment plans, and milestones.
  • Stay updated on commercial and legal practices through training and conferences.
  • Contribute to 5-10 year business forecasts and growth strategies.
