The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring the highest standards of commercial practice are maintained.

This role involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders during bid generation and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage creation and management of bids and contracts, minimizing commercial risks.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and agreements with customers.
• Ensure bids are supported by valid quotations and comply with governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the bid process from proposal to contract acceptance.
• Maintain legal terms and contractual standards.
• Support customer understanding of proposals, payment plans, and milestones.
• Attend training and industry events to stay updated on legal and commercial practices.
• Contribute to 5-10 year business forecasts and growth strategies.
