You will partner with Commercial Banking Coverage teams to manage controls, respond to risk events, and drive improvements across reporting, automation, and AI-enabled processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, clear guidance for senior business partners, and shaping risk reporting for governance forums.

Qualifications

• Apply risk and control principles to understand controls and improvements.
• Interpret management information to identify trends and propose actions.
• Explain complex risk and control information in reports and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Help Coverage teams understand, maintain, and improve their control environment.
• Manage existing controls and support creation, improvement or retirement of controls.
• Manage operational risk events and related actions through to resolution.
• Analyze risk and control information to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present reporting for leadership, committees and governance forums.
