Job Description

Hyundai Motorsport GmbH, based in Alzenau / Offenbach in Germany, is responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities. We are currently looking for a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team.

  1. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
  2. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and other strategic partners.
  3. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties.
  4. Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and business goals are met.
  5. Assist in developing commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
  6. Develop business cases and proposals for new partnership deals.
  7. Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives, including events, content collaboration, and digital campaigns.
  8. Ensure brand alignment and consistency in all partnership communications.
  9. Conduct market research to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities.
  10. Analyze data and insights to measure partnership effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  12. Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and key learnings.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport / Endurance.
  2. Strong marketing background with a degree (Bachelor or Master) in related fields.
  3. Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
  4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and derive insights.
  6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs (Adobe).
  7. Reliable team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working under pressure.
  8. Proven track record in managing successful partnerships and commercial deals.
  9. Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
