Job description

Commercial and Partnership Specialist, Shrewsbury

This role is based in Alzenau / Offenbach in Germany, with a focus on Hyundai Motorsport GmbH's global motorsport activities. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
  2. Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
  3. Negotiating and structuring partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
  4. Monitoring and assessing partnership performance against KPIs and business goals.
  5. Assisting in developing commercial strategies to enhance revenue and brand growth.
  6. Creating business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
  7. Supporting the execution of joint marketing initiatives such as events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
  8. Ensuring brand consistency in all partnership communications.
  9. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  10. Analyzing data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  11. Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration.
  12. Providing regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and insights.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport/Endurance.
  • A strong marketing background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs like Adobe.
  • Reliable team player with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working under pressure.
  • Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
