Commercial and Partnership Specialist, Shrewsbury
This role is based in Alzenau / Offenbach in Germany, with a focus on Hyundai Motorsport GmbH's global motorsport activities. The key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Negotiating and structuring partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
- Monitoring and assessing partnership performance against KPIs and business goals.
- Assisting in developing commercial strategies to enhance revenue and brand growth.
- Creating business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
- Supporting the execution of joint marketing initiatives such as events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- Ensuring brand consistency in all partnership communications.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyzing data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration.
- Providing regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and insights.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport/Endurance.
- A strong marketing background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs like Adobe.
- Reliable team player with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working under pressure.
- Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
