Job Title: Commercial and Partnership Specialist, Derby
This position is based in Alzenau / Offenbach, Germany, with Hyundai Motorsport GmbH, responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities. We are seeking a dedicated Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with our business objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
- Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and business goals are achieved.
- Assist in developing commercial strategies to enhance revenue and brand growth.
- Create business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
- Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives such as events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency in all partnership communications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new partnership opportunities.
- Analyze data to measure partnership effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration.
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and insights.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably within Motorsport / Endurance.
- A strong marketing background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Reliable team player with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working under pressure.
- Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
