Octopus Energy is seeking a senior data analytics leader to guide the UK commercial analytics function and collaborate with global teams. You will blend hands‑on data work with leadership to influence pricing, growth metrics, and customer insights.

You will manage a high‑performing team, deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, and help shape the company’s global data strategy across Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Energy Markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high‑performing data analytics team.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Strong communication to influence non‑technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, margins, or growth analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead UK data/commercial analytics team, setting priorities and reviewing work.
• Provide strategic analytics to guide UK and global business decisions.
• Support pricing operations with agile responses to market changes.
• Develop KPI dashboards and insights to drive business impact.
• Coordinate globally with data teams to balance local and global priorities.
