Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an interest in commercial analysis.
• Good Excel skills, comfortable with formulas and financial models.
• Attention to detail and ability to present data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing analysis, reviewing selling prices, costs and gross margins.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Track sales performance and pipeline to identify profitability opportunities.
• Produce market intelligence on development activity and pricing trends.
• Maintain stock reporting for biodiversity units and site availability.
• Monitor site-level spend vs budgets and highlight variances.
• Create dashboards for landowners and stakeholders tracking cash and returns.
• Automate reporting and build dashboards with Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
• Present financial insights to Finance, Sales and senior management.
