Job summary

Arm in Cambridge is seeking a hands-on Staff AI Solutions specialist to join our Commercial Systems team. You will design and build AI-enabled workflows, agents, and lightweight applications to automate sales, licensing, legal and commercial operations, translating ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled software and automation.
• Proficient in Python for AI, automation and data processing.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data-pipeline familiarity.
• Understanding of modern AI capabilities and agent-based workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, testing and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn process-improvement opportunities into technical solutions.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, agents, automations and integrations.
• Prototype quickly and test with users, moving successful solutions to production.
• Collaborate with partners to assess whether AI, automation, integration or a system change is needed.
• Partner with Enterprise IT, Data and Security teams for architecture and support.
• Test, document and share reusable components across the team.
