Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Lead and project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Compile evidence into structured folders for monthly applications and subcontractor payments.
• Price new work orders using NHF pricing where applicable.
• Assist with forecasting and monitoring project costs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal and quality requirements.
• Contribute data for monthly commercial reports, cash flow forecasts and budgets.
