Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is seeking an Apprentice Commercial Administrator in Warrington. You will join our Telecoms team, gaining hands-on experience from day one while studying for a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship delivered remotely with tutor support.

The role involves handling client enquiries, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Maths
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from clients and customers via email, phone and systems
• Create and maintain project documentation efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams, field engineers and client representatives to keep projects on track
