Job summary

United Infrastructure is offering an Apprentice position in our Telecoms division. You will gain hands-on industry experience from day one, handling client enquiries, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with field engineers to keep projects on track.

You will pursue a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered remotely with online sessions and tutor support, while you work and learn within our Commercial team in the UK.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-4/A*-C including English and Mathematics.
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
• Good organisation, time management, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with enquiries from clients and customers via email, phone and systems.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and ensuring efficient handling.
• Working with colleagues, field engineers and client representatives to keep projects running smoothly.
