Job summary

United Infrastructure Group seeks an Apprentice to join our Water business, supporting the Plant team with transport logistics for project sites. You will handle enquiries, create and maintain documentation, and work with internal teams and client representatives to keep projects running smoothly.

You’ll undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, delivered remotely with online sessions and tutor support.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs at 9-4/A*-C including English and Maths.
• Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with enquiries from clients/customers via email, phone and systems.
• Create, maintain and ensure efficient handling of documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, site colleagues and client representatives.
