Job summary

United Infrastructure Group seeks an Apprentice to join our Water business, supporting the Plant team with transport logistics for project sites. You will handle enquiries, create and maintain documentation, and work with internal teams and client representatives to keep projects running smoothly.

You’ll undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, delivered remotely with online sessions and tutor support.

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs at 9-4/A*-C including English and Maths.
  • Good IT skills and able to use Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.

## Apprentice Plant AdministratorApply: Water\\_Washington: Full time: Posted Today: JR101538We are looking for an Apprentice to join our Water business who are a national provider of infrastructure and non-infrastructure water and wastewater services to UK water utility companies. You will join our Plant team who are responsible for the transport logistics of plant and machinery for our project sites. Some of your key responsibilities will include:* dealing with enquiries from clients and customers via email, telephone calls and different systems* creating, maintaining and ensuring efficient handling of documentation* working closely with a range of colleagues and stakeholders including internal teams, site based colleagues, and client representatives to ensure our projects run smoothly. As an Apprentice with United Infrastructure, you’ll be given a real job from day one where you will gain hands-on industry experience, and the knowledge required to achieve a nationally recognised qualification. In order to fully develop in your role, you will be enrolled onto the **L3 Business Administrator** apprenticeship qualification with one of our training partners.
