Affinity Water is recruiting a Commercial Administrator on a 12‑month fixed-term contract to support the Commercial Operations Team. The role focuses on coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records of commercial transactions and assisting with client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and, ideally, water industry exposure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the execution of departments obligations.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions.
• Support the commercial team in managing client relationships and addressing customer queries.
• Management of general inbox – filing of emails and escalation of actions.
• Data inputting and filing of both hard copy and soft copy data/reports.
• Raising of purchase orders and receipting goods as required.
