The main purpose of the role is to support the overall success of the function through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support. A crucial part of the Commercial team, the role will assist the team with administration tasks including typing, scanning and posting, ordering office and site stationary.
It will also be producing monthly Sub-contractor KPI’s, assisting with Pre-start Presentations and updating site plans with weekly sales information and monthly build stage releases.
Another key focus of the role is collating and formatting all departmental pre-start presentations on to master files along with accurate archiving of documents.

Experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry would be beneficial but is not essential. Similarly, an administration NVQ or equivalent qualification would be useful.
