Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Light & Wonder iGaming UK Commercial Team, the successful candidate will manage key customer accounts, building lasting relationships that increase revenue through our iGaming products.

You will focus on growing your customers’ business revenues, being proactive, persistent, and creative. Responsibilities include engaging in business and technical projects, new product concepts, streams, and delivery via proprietary means and industry networks, targeting the largest online gaming operators where gaming is legal.

The role involves the full sales lifecycle: identifying opportunities, presenting products, creating legal contracts, and closing deals. You will own customer relationships and serve as the primary contact within Light & Wonder.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, well-organized leader with data-driven decision-making and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing ongoing account management for assigned customers, representing L&W, and owning the relationship
  • Identifying and developing business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling products, features, content, marketing, and new markets
  • Achieving revenue targets and forecasting accurately
  • Literate and curious about data; conducting KPI tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Leading monthly and quarterly performance reports, QBRs, and providing insights and strategic recommendations
  • Delivering clear marketing and technical documentation
  • Handling daily operator issues in collaboration with support teams
  • Identifying and coordinating training needs
  • Supporting product pipeline prioritization from a commercial perspective and contributing to continuous improvement decisions
  • Traveling regularly to meet customers
Qualifications
Experience Required:
  • Experience in similar commercial roles; gaming industry experience is a plus
  • Technical understanding of the online gaming industry is advantageous
  • Tenacious personality with a drive to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for online gaming
  • Strategic and business-oriented mindset
  • High-level understanding of technology and delivery principles
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Understanding of legal agreements in e-gaming
  • Fluency in English; additional languages like Spanish or Italian are a plus
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations
