Employment Specialists is seeking an Account Handler to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing day-to-day insurance technical and advisory services while supporting renewal processes. You will prepare broking documentation and negotiate renewal terms on specific classes of business, handling client queries to ensure first-class service.

The role requires commercial insurance experience and the ability to advise clients confidently, with a demonstrated strong work ethic and composure

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of Corporate clients.
• Provide day-to-day insurance technical and advisory service to clients.
• Support Account Executives through the renewal process.
• Prepare broking documentation including market presentations and endorsements.
• Negotiate renewal terms on specific classes of business.
• Handle client queries and meet them to ensure first-class service.

You will work closely with your portfolio of Clients you and be responsible for all aspects of the Client relationship as well.

Accordingly, to handle the requirements of these Clients you will need to have technical Insurance knowledge of Property, Liability and Commercial Motor.

The main responsibilities of the Account Handler role include:

• Handling your own portfolio of Corporate clients
• Providing day to day Insurance technical and advisory service to your Clients
• Supporting your Account Executives through the Renewal process
• Preparing Broking documentation including Insurance Market Presentations and Endorsements
• Negotiating Renewal terms on specific classes of Business
• Handling queries from Clients and meeting them to ensure first class Service
