Job summary

NFU Mutual in Takeley is recruiting a Commercial Account Handler to manage the full range of insurances and financial services, handling enquiries, alterations, claims and renewals, with opportunities to cross-sell to existing clients. The role is full-time, 9am-5pm, with a salary of £28,000-£38,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

As a Commercial Account Handler within our vibrant team, you’ll play a key role in the success of a local business. You’ll handle NFU Mutual’s full range of insurances and financial services, build relationships and ensure our customers are always well cared for.Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle new enquiries, alterations, claims and renewals. The position will be full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break. We will consider part time or a job share and can be flexible on hours.The holiday allowance is 25 days, plus bank holidays and you will also receive an additional days holiday to be taken on your birthday.
