Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships
• Handle renewals & mid-term adjustments
• Work closely with internal teams and directors to ensure seamless client service
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within the existing book
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance regulations

Requirements:

• Experience as a Commercial Account Handler
• Strong technical knowledge across various commercial lines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
