We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a well-established independent insurance broker in Bedford. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, handling renewals efficiently and supporting Account Executives while also managing a portfolio of smaller clients directly.

The ideal candidate will have Acturis experience, strong broking skills, and the ability to work independently. While this role isn’t necessarily a stepping stone to Account Executive, there are progression opportunities for the right person.

The commercial team consists of four team members, a Commercial Director, and three Account Executives (including the CEO and MD). The role offers a mix of team collaboration and autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both elements of broking.

The role offers hybrid working, with Mondays and Fridays from home and office-based work in Bedford from Tuesday to Thursday. You’ll also benefit from 26 days of holiday and the chance to be part of a supportive and client-focused team.
