Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd in Northampton is seeking a Commercial Insurance Handler to manage renewals, mid-term alterations and new business quotations, and to support the external Account Executive. You will handle client queries by email and face to face, delivering comprehensive service for a range of clients.

The role offers a full-time position with training and induction. Applicants should have previous insurance experience (commercial broking preferred), good IT, strong communication

Qualifications

• Previous experience within insurance is essential, ideally within commercial broking, but commercial underwriting may be considered.
• Strong IT, communication and time management skills
• Ability to work within a team and individually
• Candidates from an Insurance Company or Insurance Broker background will be considered.
• Northampton office 9 - 5 Monday to Friday with no shift patterns

We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for a Commercial Insurance Handler to deal with commercial classes of business.

The Role:

• The successful Insurance Handler will be responsible for dealing with renewals, mid-term alterations and new business quotations.
• You will support the external Account Executive.

The Required Skills:
