We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team.

This is a full-time, office-based role, working from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Develop strong business relationships with clients
• Prepare insurer presentations and client-facing documentation
• Provide day-to-day policy administration and claims management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes
