Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh Group, invites you to join as an Insurance Account Handler in Manchester. You will manage a designated client portfolio, delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships within a flexible, hybrid work setup.

You’ll be supported to pursue professional qualifications (CII/ACII) while you grow your career and contribute to a client-centred culture across the group.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience required.
• Positive, proactive attitude and drive to deliver best client experience.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn—support for qualifications like CII/ACII.
• Confidence in communication, both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the go-to person for a designated portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and supporting their insurance needs.
• You’ll deliver excellent customer service and help clients with policy queries and changes.
• You’ll liaise with internal teams to process submissions, endorsements and renewals.
• You’ll contribute to a positive, compliant and client-focused service culture.
