To help achieve our ambitious growth plans, we want a motivated, ambitious, and tenacious Account Executive to drive forward our business offerings across a variety of different verticals in Israel.

You will have the autonomy to “develop your skills”, we want someone to bring ideas and personality to help us push boundaries and challenge the status quo. You are passionate about customer experience and excited to show other organisations how Zendesk solutions can impact their mission and operations.

Exceeding activity and revenue goals by offering best-in-class service.

Keep a continuous focus on building a strong new business pipeline.

Capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities swiftly and efficiently. Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.

Develop and maintain relationships with our amazing customers in your territory becoming a partner of choice for new, and future business.

Become an authority on Zendesk’s products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.

Demonstrate and sell value to key executive partners within the accounts during dynamic as well as sophisticated sales cycles.

A great personality, we want you to bring your individualism to the team! A relationship expert, someone who thrives on selling to C-suite and VP leaders. Significant experience selling within the software industry, SaaS would be amazing!

What you bring to the role

At least 3 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.

A proven track record of consistently hitting targets resulting in success. Highly skilled in delivering engaging virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes.

Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.

Previous experience using Salesforce is helpful, but not essential.

Hebrew language skills would be highly beneficial.
