Job summary

United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking a Coordinator, Client Accounting in London to support end-to-end financial administration of comedy bookings, from deal setup and invoicing to collections and artist payments.

You will manage booking data, assist with invoicing, payment allocation, and collections while collaborating with agents, assistants, buyer and client teams, and finance partners to ensure accuracy and timely action.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar commercial support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills across levels and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; experience with NetSuite/OPAL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client booking information in internal systems.
• Review submissions and raise client invoices per deal terms.
• Allocate and process incoming client payments with Cash Management.
• Track receivables and support collections.
• Prepare artist statements and financial documentation.
• Respond to queries from clients, agents, and buyers.
• Prepare and distribute regular reporting to agents for forecasting.
• Check in with agents to align on booking and financial data.
• Support month-end close activities for revenue and cash.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Provide coverage during leaves and support ad hoc requests.
