Job summary

Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd in Colne is seeking a reliable School Cleaner to join a welcoming school from 3:30pm to 5:45pm, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils and staff.

Duties include cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and washrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and waste disposal, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking; able to work independently.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• COSHH qualification or willingness to complete COSHH training before starting

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep and dust.
• Clean washrooms and replenish supplies; dispose of waste.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
