Job summary

Vertas is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our Facilities Team at Priestsic Primary (NG17). The role is 11.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:30–17:45, year-round.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across classrooms, toilets, corridors and reception areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, DBS check is required, and you will work as part of a friendly team to deliver a reliable, high-quality

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Enhanced DBS check is required - if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning toilets, classrooms, corridors & reception area.
• Wiping down desks, offices, tables, windowsills, ledges, etc.
• Hoovering and mopping floors.
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
