The Boyd Group and its affiliated companies are seeking an automotive estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance representatives throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair journey, and ensuring adherence to DRP requirements while supporting team KPIs.

Formación

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's. Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Attend daily production walks with the management team and support colleagues.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Assist in training and information sessions per Store Manager guidance.
