TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting a College Support Assistant to support learners in Further Education colleges across Swansea. The role focuses on learning, engagement and independence, working with lecturers and support staff.

Immediate opportunities with full-time/part-time, short/long-term contracts are available. The successful candidate will have experience in education/FE settings, a patient and supportive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people or learners within an education or FE setting.
• DBS Update Service is desirable.
• Welsh-speaking skills are desirable.
• Patient and supportive approach to working with learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively as part of a team.
