Job summary

Navitas Limited, a global education provider, in partnership with the University of Plymouth, invites applications for a College Director Principal to lead UPIC in Plymouth. You will shape strategic direction, strengthen partnerships and deliver growth, quality and compliance across the college.

With responsibility for governance, financial performance, student recruitment and outcomes, you will lead senior teams, drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory standards are met while

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in education, training, or a regulated environment with measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial capability including budget management and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of academic quality assurance and regulatory frameworks (OfS/QAA).
• Experience building productive partnerships and governing structures.
• Coaching and inclusive leadership across teams with performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and monitoring of strategic plans and budgets.
• Drive growth and achieve student recruitment targets with partners.
• Identify and develop new business, programmes and partnerships.
• Ensure high-quality student outcomes through monitoring and continuation.
• Oversee governance, risk, regulatory compliance and KPI reporting.
