Leigh Academy Bexley seeks an organised, proactive administrator to support the School Office and Senior Leadership Team. You will help with day-to-day tasks, coordinate workloads, and maintain confidentiality in a small college setting.
The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience in education is advantageous, and you will join a supportive Trust network with pension and well-being benefits.
This is a pivotal role, essential to the smooth running of our college. The successful candidate will provide highly effective administrative support to the School Office and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring operational excellence across all areas. You will be instrumental in the day‑to‑day organisation of a small, dynamic college environment. You will work closely and collaboratively with the SLT, colleagues, the Local Authority, and the wider Trust, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. This is a varied position where the ability to manage diverse administrative tasks is key.
