Job summary

BramahHR Ltd is seeking an experienced Collections Manager in Sheffield to lead and develop a high‑performing team within a fast‑paced FCA‑regulated financial services environment.

You will drive performance, support your team, manage arrears, and deliver fair, regulator‑compliant customer outcomes while upholding Treating Customers Fairly.

This full‑time, permanent role involves rotating shifts between 8:30am and 6:30pm, some weekends, and a fully office‑based workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in FCA-regulated financial services.
• Previous management experience in collections.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, CONC."
• Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews.
• Ability to use performance data to drive operational improvements and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a collections team.
• Oversee daily collections activity and arrears management.
• Maintain regulatory standards and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Review quality assurance findings and regulatory indicators to identify risks and improvements.
• Coordinate team rotas, workloads and resources to support daily operations.
